The CRIMPiT Wrap is a kitchen gadget that crimps and seals the edges of your wrap to stop any ingredients falling out. You can then heat your wrap any way you like and enjoy a delicious meal.
Larger Wraps are best but you can use any. If they are smaller than the CRIMPiT just pull the wrap down on the device so it is over the crimping teeth.
Yes you can microwave the plastid device. However, you cannot place near a heat source such as air fryer or oven.
Why doesn't it melt? This is because the plastic device does not contain water. Current microwaves use a wavelengths that is absorbed by water, therefore transmitting its energy to water molecules contained in the food, but not in the plastic container that contains the food.
For best results, place your Wrap in the CRIMPiT device along with your ingredients and microwave the whole thing for 20 seconds before folding over and crimping.
No microwave, no problem - you can run a wet finger round the edge of the wrap and crimp that way - it works a little like glue.

The CRIMPiT is made from food safe polypropylene. It is BPA free.
Open the CRIMPiT, place your wrap over the CRIMPiT device, add your filling to the base, place the device into the microwave with your wrap and filling inside for 20 seconds, remove from microwave and fold over the CRIMPiT, push down to form the seal, open it up and tap it out and there you have a perfectly sealed wrap!

The CRIMPiT is a kitchen gadget that allows you to create toasties in your toaster or air fryer using Thin bread.
You can use a variety of bread however, you get the best result using low calorie Thins which are available in all major supermarkets.
You can heat it how you like. Make sure to remove the food parcel from the plastic before heating. Then heat using your toaster, air fryer, grill, oven or dry fry in a pan.
Yes, if you tip the CRIMPiT on an angle and tap on your work surface it will just drop out without breaking the seal. You can watch in this video

Make sure you leave a space around the edge of the bread with no filling to allow the bread to seal together. If your bread is a little stale then we recommend running a wet finger around the edge of the bread. This acts a little like glue and will help you get that perfect seal.

Yes, absolutely. We have customers making all sorts of creations including delicious pies. If using pastry please use the air fryer or oven for heating. Adding flour or a layer of cling film can help you remove the pastry parcel easily.
